 o take the 2026 Knowledge Assessment. The assessment will be offered on&nb

 llows must take the assessment on the date they registered for and have un
 til 11:59 pm (EST) on their exam day to upload their exam.&nbsp\;To regist

 	Login through the ASTS member portal with your email address.2.	Once logg
 ed on to the ASTS portal\, you will click on &ldquo\;Member portal.&rdquo\
 ;3.	Once you are in the member portal\, you will click on the TAC Portal t
 ile.4.	After that\, please click the &ldquo\;Login&rdquo\; button and it w
 ill automatically log you into the TAC Portal.5.	Go to the "My Fellowship"
  tile of the TAC Portal homepage and click "Register for 2026 Knowledge As

 l (TACC) holds training programs and examinees to the highest standards of
  ethical and professional behavior.Unethical\, dishonest\, or otherwise un
 professional behavior by an examinee may cause cancellation of examination
  scores\, barring from future examinations by the TACC and may prevent the
  examinee from receiving a certificate of completion.The Fellowship Traini
 ng Program Director agrees to report any and all suspected unethical or un
 professional behavior including any and all testing irregularities to the 
 TACC\, and shall not independently adjudicate such behaviors or irregulari
 ties.Unethical behavior is defined by the TACC to include disclosure\, pub
 lication\, reproduction\, or transmission of this examination in whole or 
 in part in any form or by any means\, verbal or written\, electronic or me
 chanical\, for any purpose. This extends to sharing examination informatio
 n or discussing the examination prior to the closure of the exam period.Ex
