Advocacy Day

Spring 2026 Advocacy Day

Location: Washington, D.C.
April 29 - 30, 2026

Join ASTS leadership for the 2026 Spring Advocacy Day to learn more about legislation affecting the transplant community. Participants will gather in the evening on April 29 for a briefing at the Monocle on Capitol Hill to learn how to effectively communicate with legislators before meeting with Congressional office staff the next day. Participants will be divided into groups for meetings, and paired with ASTS or Powers Law staff.

As representatives of the Society, ASTS will require all participants to:

  • attend the briefing and dinner on April 29
  • advocate solely for legislation and issues ASTS identifies, and
  • agree to pay for all of their own travel expenses.

Advocacy Day registration has closed.
