Baylor University Medical Center and Southwest Transplant Alliance have partnered to successfully create a robust A-NRP program with standard policies and procedures, that has led to increased DCD organ utilization. This part didactic, part hands on workshop will teach attendees how to start and sustain an A-NRP program and how to develop strong collaborative A-NRP protocols and policies.
