ASTS/AST Dual membership has three different tiers, as seen below:

| Non-Doctoral Membership | Transplant administrators, Advanced transplant providers, Transplant coordinators, and more who have no doctoral degree | $210 |
| Non-Medical Doctoral Membership | Transplant administrators, Advanced transplant providers, Transplant coordinators, and more who have PhD, PharmD, PsyD, DNP, and other doctoral-level degrees | $375 |
| Dual Membership | Surgeons, Physicians, and Non-Physician Scientists | $840 |
