Congratulations on getting your poster accepted at the 2027 Winter Symposium!
Each poster presenter has received an assigned session to present their poster. That information was listed in your acceptance email. You are invited to attend both poster sessions to present your research. However, your poster will only
be judged during your assigned session. You must be present at your poster during your assigned session to be considered for a Poster of Distinction Award.
Please note that the poster session will be divided over two evenings:
Poster Session A Thursday, January 28 5:45 PM – 7:15 PM
Poster Session B Friday, January 29 5:45 PM – 7:15 PM
Poster Board Dimensions: The poster board area is 4 feet high by 4 feet wide.
Pushpins will be available in the poster hall. You will mount your poster on the board with the corresponding poster number. If you have more than one poster you are presenting, efforts
have been made to group them together in the hall.

Thursday, January 28 12 – 5 PM
Friday, January 29 8 – 10 AM
Viewing Dates & Times:
Thursday, January 28 5:45 PM – 7:15 PM
Friday, January 29 9 AM – 7 PM
Saturday, January 30 8 AM – 12 PM
Poster of Distinction Recognition: Saturday, January 30
All presenters must be present at their poster for their assigned poster session to be eligible. Recognition will occur at the awards presentation.
Poster Dismantle Date & Time: Saturday, January 30, from 1:00 - 3:30 PM
Any poster not taken down by 3:30 pm on Saturday, January 30, will be discarded. ASTS is not responsible for posters left on their boards past 3:30 pm on Saturday.
