Cancellation and Refund Policy:
If you are unable to attend, you may transfer your registration to a qualified substitute. Please note that any bank fees incurred during the transfer process will be the responsibility of the registrant initiating the change. Requests for substitution or cancellation must be submitted in writing.
For cancellations received on or before September 1, 2026, a refund will be issued minus a non-refundable deposit of $500. No refunds will be provided for cancellations received after this date.
