This half-day seminar is geared toward ACS Associate Fellows and Fellows with at least 5 years of clinical practice who have applied for or are in the process of applying for leadership roles in areas such as education and training, academic and departmental, and operations and institutional, both in academic and non-academic settings. It will provide attendees with an opportunity to learn from surgical leaders, reflect on and discuss their personal leadership development, different leadership career paths, and learn about applying for and securing leadership positions
