Submission Content
All submissions will be done electronically through the abstract submission portal (cOasis). Submissions are limited to 350 words, and only 2 tables and 2 images are allowed. Any additional tables or images will be excluded from the review process.
Multiple Submissions Limit
Authors can submit as many abstracts as they wish. However, each presenting author is limited to two (2) accepted posters. Accepted posters are in addition to the possibility of an oral abstract presentation. Each presenting author is limited to one (1) accepted oral abstract presentation. Each individual lab is limited to two (2) accepted oral abstract presentations.
Submitter and Co-authors
All abstracts must be submitted by the presenting author. The presenting author will be listed as the first author. We highly advise AGAINST submitting the abstract on someone’s behalf.
The submitter must add all co-authors to the submission. We cannot add additional
co-authors once the abstracts are submitted and the publication process begins, which is scheduled on November 10, 2026.
Prior Publication
Abstracts will be considered for presentation if they have NOT been previously published as an article at the TIME OF SUBMISSION.
Conflicts of Interest
ALL content authors are required to disclose any financial relationship(s) with an ACCME-defined ineligible company (“industry”). According to the ACCME, “An ineligible company is considered any entity producing, marketing, re-selling, or distributing health care goods or services consumed by, or used on, patients.” No abstract will be accepted for the CME sessions if any of the content authors are employees or owners of a relevant ineligible company.
